  • Usage analytics via PostHog to understand how features are used

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the resume builder service
  • Process AI-powered resume suggestions and enhancements
  • Authenticate your account (if you choose to sign in)

Note: We do not use your data to train AI models. OpenRouter and other AI providers process your content only to generate responses. Please refer to their privacy policies for details on their data handling practices.

  • Browser Storage: Resume data is stored locally in your browser. If you clear browser data, your resume content may be lost unless exported.
  • Server Storage: Account and session data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest.
  • Security Measures: We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and implement authentication best practices.

5. Data Retention

  • Resume Data: Stored in your browser until you clear it or export it
  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion request
  • Analytics Data: Retained according to PostHog's data retention policies

  • Delete: Request account deletion by contacting us
